The book was taken to Washington DC May, 2002 and presented to some members of Congress. A second edition will be started next month, adding new stories. Please, if you have a story to tell send it to me. I would love to have it added. When we started we were focusing more on Fibromyalgia but for our second edition I really would love to have more stories from men and children... as well as more from those dealing with Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction, Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity disorders. We are all in this fight together. Your voices do make a difference.

3) It is our hope that you will take a moment to sign the petition, and in doing so help us to get our voices out. With this petition we hope to approach the CME with a request to include these illnesses in the courses required for medical students. The illnesses we are focusing on with this petition include Fibromyalgia Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction, Chronic Myofascial Pain and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. We believe that these illnesses should not only be required courses in the medical curriculum but that there also needs to be workshops for Doctors to take to help educate them on what these illnesses are, what advances are being made and how best to treat it. Your signatures will help us accomplish this goal.

4) Are you a poet? We need your help. We are currently working on putting a book of poems together to be used as a fund raiser for the non profit organization once we get our 501(c) license. The poems can be of any nature as long as they are non offensive. For more information please contact me.

5) Support group? Do you feel lost with these illnesses? Feel as if no one truly understands you and what you are dealing with? If so, please know I am always here.. you can e-mail me. Or better yet, drop by my online support group. If you have never been to Delphi you will need to register. This should only take a few minutes.
